All forms are due and must be submitted electronically by April 15, 2025.
Complete all camp forms through your MyEBR account or
by downloading the Campanion App

*We highly recommend using the Campanion App for uploading forms, as photos of multiple pages will automatically be saved as one PDF for easy upload to your MyEBR account.

How to Access Forms:
Upload Instructions – Campanion App (Recommended Method) 
Login to App > Navigate to forms > Select form > Follow instructions

OR

Upload Instructions – MyEBR Online
Log into your MyEBR account > Navigate to Forms Dashboard
Click Forms & Documents > Upload Arrow > Select File > Upload

*You can access your camper photos through the Campanion App throughout the summer. (Do not forget to update your camper photo for optimal facial recognition purposes)
